These guys are awesome. Gage B. came to give me an estimate on a mini split installation and never once oversold me and was very honest about what he would recommend. I’ve never had a bad experience ever with Air South. They even came to our house on a Sunday afternoon to fix our AC unit. Strongly recommend!!

The technician Ron was very detailed in his explanations of what was going on with my system. He provided pictures from my attic to show me as well & explained the issue. I really appreciate the service that I received today, very professional team members working together to make our home safe. Our unit was making a strange noise so we called to schedule a service tech to come out. He called ahead and arrived promptly. Within minutes Austin found the problem and discussed the repair options. We decided what route to go and he immediately went to work. It was 96 degrees outside and I could only imagine how hot it was in the attic. He worked steadily and completed the repair in great time considering the heat. We greatly appreciate his efforts in repairing our A/C unit and would recommend Austin and AirSouth for all of your heating and cooling needs. Austin was extremely competent and knowledgeable of our problem and conducted himself as a true professional. Highly recommended and will request his services if needed in the future.

Ralph and the three other people on the crew arrived on time. They answered any questions my husband and I had. They took our old A/C unit, installed a new unit and thermostat, and cleaned all the ducts. I knew who was arriving, when, and was able to track them. With the tracking, I was able to ensure my dogs were put up before they got here. My husband and I are very pleased especially right before the heat starts.
